Understanding Your Kingon Service & Support

Why You Might Be Getting an Error Message

If your device shows a message about the purity of the oxygen or the performance of the sieve, it usually means that the oxygen filter sieve needs to be replaced. This part usually lasts between 12 and 18 months, depending on how much you use it.

Our service team needs to check your device to be sure of the cause.

Service Turnaround Times

We know that not having your concentrator is hard, especially for patients who are active.

Our promise:

  • We do our best to ensure the Kingon service turnaround is 24 hours from the time your device arrives.
  • If more repairs are needed, you will get a quote before anything else happens.
  • Loan units are not available during assessment or repair

This is a lot faster than many other brands, which can take 8 to 12 weeks to send back repaired units.

Service Costs (only if the sieve needs replacement)

An oxygen filter sieve generally lasts between 12-18 months, depending on usage.

  • Oxygen filter sieve: from $245
  • Service fee: from $135 + GST

If additional issues are found, we will contact you with a quote before moving ahead.

Warranty Coverage (New Units Only)

  • Device: 5 years total manufacturer warranty (3-year standard + 2-year free extension upon device registration)
  • Oxygen sieve: 12-month warranty
  • Batteries: 12-month warranty

Please note:
Manufacturer warranties are not transferrable.
Warranty covers defects only, not accidental damage, misuse or transit damage.

Submitting A Support Request

Step 1. Tell Us What's Happening

Submit a Support Request with a short description of the issue.

If you're not sure, simply describe what you see that doesn't seem right, like strange noises, lower output, light indicators, or anything else.

Step 2. We Review Your Request

Our team will:

  • Check your device registration Register your device here.
  • Confirm warranty coverage
  • Recommend basic troubleshooting if appropriate
  • Advise next steps for assessment

3. If Required - Send Your Device for Assessment

If a physical inspection is needed, we'll guide you through:

  • Where to send the device
  • How to package it safely
  • What documents to include

Your support request is logged immediately so you can check progress or request updates at any time.

Step 4. We Asses and Repair

Once received, the unit goes through:

  • A visual inspection of your device
  • A diagnostic check
  • Component testing
  • Warranty repair (if approved)
  • A full performance test before returning it to you

If a repair falls outside warranty, we’ll provide a quote before any work begins so you stay in control. A minimum $135 + GST assessment fee applies to non-warranty repairs.

This fee may be waived if you choose to purchase a replacement device.

If your device is within warranty and the issue is covered, repairs proceed at no cost to you.

Step 5. Return Delivery

After repair is complete, your device is shipped back promptly and ready for use.

Important Notes

  • Freight and insurance to our facility (or an authorised service agent) are the owner’s responsibility
  • Warranty may cover parts only, depending on the issue
  • Malicious damage, improper use, third-party repairs, and transit damage are not covered
  • If unpaid, we reserves the right to dispose of goods to recover outstanding debts
  • A printed service report is available for an additional fee

Looking After Your Device

Follow these easy steps to help extend the life of your concentrator:

  • Keep air vents free of dust
  • Clean or replace filters as recommended
  • Rotate and maintain batteries
  • Use only approved accessories
  • Get the device checked if performance changes

Most Kingon devices only require a sieve bed change during their lifetime.
