Support Requests Start With A Visual Inspection Of Your Kingon Device

Our Visual Inspection Process involves a systematic review of the device’s external condition and visible components. The inspection is limited to observable checks only and is intended to identify signs of damage, wear, poor hygiene, or compromised safety features. Through this process we check:

the device enclosure and power lead
electrical connections for damage or cracks
if the unit has been cleaned properly and is hygienic
consumable components, including sieve beds and filters
the safety markings and labels
the integrity of mechanical parts
